“Fixed teeth in one day”, all while sleeping - the dream of many people who have lost the joy of culinary enjoyment due to moving teeth or poorly fitting dentures. Using the most modern methods, we are now able to make this dream come true. The basis for this is 3D diagnostics, which is supported by artificial intelligence and thus enables precise planning of implant positions. With this virtual planning, both jaws can be provided with fixed teeth at the same time in a single day. While the patient is kept in a deep sleep by an anesthesia team, a mostly small surgical procedure is carried out in which, if available and necessary, teeth are removed, implants are inserted and bones are rebuilt. At the end of the day, the patient leaves the practice with a solid temporary appliance and is allowed to eat relatively normal food immediately. When the implants have grown firmly in place after 3-5 months, the temporary restoration is lengthened, strengthened and adjusted, but this no longer requires any anesthesia. The foundations of this modern treatment method were laid in our practice 46 years ago and have been continually developed ever since. Today we are able to give many people a new attitude to life, self-confidence, enjoyment, freedom from pain and much more. In this lecture we will show you examples from other patients as well as the individual processes and requirements for such a treatment and of course also talk about the costs, which surprisingly are not even as high as many patients expect. We are looking forward to your visit! Your Dr. Jürgen Weber Branca
