We are very happy to accept new patients. We are also happy about any recommendation.
You can also have us treated without a referral. It makes sense then to have the latest X-rays and possibly denture models available.
We have many years of experience in all areas of oral surgery, implantology and periodontics. These include, for example, the removal of wisdom teeth (especially complex relocated), the termination of displaced teeth, root tip resections, cyst treatments, bone augmentation before and together with implants, "solid teeth in one day", All-on-4® and more
The patient receives small screws in the jaw in the morning, so-called implants, and in the afternoon of the same day a removable prosthesis or a fixed bridge is anchored on these implants. The patient may eat with his teeth immediately.
This treatment method was developed by my practice predecessor Philippe D. Ledermann in 1977 and presented for the first time worldwide. Since then, many hundreds of patients have been successfully treated with this method. I have been using this method successfully since 1990. A master's thesis presented in 2010 as well as a current practice statistics from 2018 showed a success rate of 100% in our practice.
For a removable prosthesis, at least 4 implants per jaw (in the upper jaw 6) are connected to a solid gold bar. In the bottom of the prosthesis are so-called. Riders who sit precisely on the bridge and thus hold the prosthesis.
In our practice, we have a special x-ray machine that we can use to take 3D x-rays. These images allow us to plan the implants virtually before inserting them on the patent and to have a drilling template made. With this drilling template, the implants can only be placed as they were previously planned. Thus, we have for the patient a far greater security during the procedure.
Especially in the elderly, a high level of quality of life can be gained back through solid teeth through implant treatment.
As a rule, even in the presence of general diseases dental implants can be used. The situation will be discussed individually with your doctor or specialist.
In our practice we also offer treatments in outpatient general anesthesia as standard. This not only for surgical procedures, but for all types of dental procedures, especially in anxious patients.
All of our patients receive the private cell phone number of their surgeon and can thus thank Dr. Ing. Weber Branca at any time for questions or complications.
The cost question is a very individual and will be discussed with you open and transparent before the intervention. If you are a KVG-liable benefit, we will automatically contact your health insurance provider before the start of treatment to clarify the cost assumption.
The Supplementary Benefits Guidelines also provide for the subsidization of implant supplies in certain cases. Of course, you may choose an implant restoration, but sometimes you will only get a refund for a treatment that complies with the guidelines (eg a movable prosthesis). In any case, we will gladly clarify the situation for you at the responsible office.
In some cases, we offer a installment payment option. Please ask us before starting treatment afterwards!
